岗位职责

Key Accountabilities/Duties
· Propose annual recruitment plan according to HC budget.
· Release recruitment information through internal and external channels, develop and maintain good relationship with vendors.
· Talent research, assessment and selection through CV collection and interviews, partner with line managers to identify suitable talents according to the job requirements.
· Organize or participate in recruitment activities such as campus recruitment, job fair etc.
· Report and analyze recruitment status periodically, propose action plan according to the result of analysis.

· Monitor performance management process including global PMP exercise, performance improvement plan etc.
· Handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Education Bachelor degree or above
Experiences At least 5 years' work experience in HR, with focus on recruitment function.
Skill Sets Good English language skills;Knowledge of market employment and development trends, labor markets and competitors;Excellent communication & negotiation skills;Flexibility to manage multi-tasks.
Desired competencies (typical) Leadership and management experiences;Team player;Self-driven and motivated.
